Arnica montana is a medicinal herb of the Asteraceae family with yellow-orange flowers that blooms between July and August in the bright high mountain pastures, especially in the mountainous areas of southern Russia and Europe. Arnica is an excellent solution for those who cannot tolerate pain and want to avoid the side effects caused by common pain relievers. But it boasts many other beneficial properties at the same time.

Arnica appears to contain active ingredients that can reduce inflammation and pain. It is also attributed antibiotic properties. Applied to the skin, it is used to reduce pain and swelling, for example in the presence of sprains and arthritis problems, muscle and cartilage disorders, acne, insect bites and chapped lips. In addition, arnica is an ingredient in hair tonics and anti-dandruff preparations. In the form of products to be taken orally, it is proposed against sore throats, superficial phlebitis and gum discomfort associated with the extraction of wisdom teeth.
