Organic Orange Juice Powder is made from the juice of oranges that have been carefully selected for maximum flavor and quality. Once the fruits have been juiced, the juice is sprayed over organic maltodextrin and allowed to dry, and once dry the solids are ground up into powder, forming Organic Orange Juice Powder.
Organic Orange Juice Powder is perfect for when you want to incorporate orange flavor but don’t have any fresh oranges on hand! Can be used in both sweet and savory foods, including pork, chicken, and baked goods.
Powdered Orange Juice is wonderful for use in icings for sweets and glazes for meats. It’s great in sauces or when looking for more citrus flavor than Organic Dried Orange Peel can provide in cookies, cakes, or pastries. It can be added to baking mixes, like brownies, and used in homemade granola bar recipes. Some people also use this orange juice powder to make a sugary sauce to drizzle over biscuits or breads. Stir a little into a glass of ice cold water for a deliciously refreshing drink with just a hint of citrus. This powder cannot be reconstituted into orange juice.
